Oxfam South Africa (OZA) is a social justice organisation working at the intersection of poverty and inequality. We believe that ending inequality and poverty is possible, and that doing so is a conscious choice. Established in 2014, Oxfam South Africa is the first autonomous affiliate member of Oxfam International (OI) in Africa. Oxfam International is a network of 21 affiliates who together work in more than 85 countries across the world to end poverty and injustice.
The Oxfam confederation works in over 80 countries around the world. Oxfam SA is one of the 21 affiliates that make up the Oxfam confederation. We work together to overcome the injustice of poverty. OXFAM SOUTH AFRICA (OZA) hereby request for proposals per the list specified below. Please furnish all information as requested and return your proposal on the date stipulated. Late and incomplete submissions may invalidate the proposals submitted.
OXFAM SOUTH AFRICA (OZA) is seeking applications from reputable vendors to register as suppliers for the provision of goods and/or services to our offices in the categories listed below.
- Travel Services
- Cleaning/ Sanitisation Services
- Electricians, Carpenters, lock smith & Handy man
- Shuttle Services
- Printing
- Catering Services
- Office Furniture
- Office Supplies (e.g., Stationery)
- IT technical services (includes Equipment & Supplies)
- Graphic Design & Media Services (includes material and content printing)
- Medical Supplies
- Human Resources Recruitment Agencies
- Film and production services
- Visa processing services
Applicants should send their company profiles (clearly stating the physical address, telephone number, valid e-mail address & website address), proof of bank account, tax clearance certificate, BEE Status VAT registration; at least 3 contactable trade references including past & current, and certificates of registration/incorporation and registrations to professional bodies if any.
All vendors who are currently supplying goods/service to OXFAM SOUTH AFRICA (OZA) for the above categories are encouraged to apply, providing all documentation as mentioned above.
