Senior Human Resources Manager
She joins OZA from the Bargaining Council environment where she worked as a Senior HR Practitioner. Prior to that, she worked for Oxfam Great Britain as a Regional HR Advisor for the Southern Africa Region where she provided HR support and advice to the regional management team.
She brings approximately 13 years Human Resources experience having worked in small-large size organizations providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in start-up, growth and stable organizations. Her broad experience includes recruitment, new employee on-boarding, employee relations management and talent management gained at the various industries she has worked in, e.g. INGO, Government, Parastatal, Retail and Insurance sectors.
She has obtained qualifications in human resources and employee relations management and is passionate about helping organisations make the most of their resources and talent as well as helping employees achieve their development goals and remaining engaged and productive thus resulting in the organisation achieving its strategic objectives.
