Patience Ukama

Head of Public Engagement 

Patience Ukama is the Head of Public Engagement. She is a governance and reputation management specialist who began her career as a journalist before venturing into the corporate sector then, becoming an independent communications consultant in 2008. She has extensive communications experience across Sub-Saharan Africa having worked for organisations such as the African Union Foundation, the International Finance Corporation- a member of the World Bank Group and others. She has a Bachelor of Journalism (Hons), a Post-graduate diploma in Management specializing in Corporate Governance and is completing a Master’s in Public and Development Management specializing in Governance.  Patience also pursued a Master in Public Relations and Business Communications.
